"Dennis The menace" Our next door neighbours just had this cute baby.I took this last night at the exact moment he turned one day old.She had the baby at 10pm and was home from hospital at midday the next morning.I think they needed the bed,good old public hospital system.As I live next door I am now called 'Mr Wilson"

Guinness Widget

Kevin's wife Tandy had a birthday today (March 22). We went out to dinner to celebrate at a local restaurant. I ordered a Guinness, Kevin told me about the Widget (Nitrogen Bottle) in the bottle. This raised the question aboat how they get it in there, which neither of us can answer.

Can you help us, inquiring minds want to know.

1. How do they get the widget (Nitrogen bottle) in to the bottle without setting it off ?
2. If you can't get the widget out of the bottle, how do they put it in the bottle in the first place ?

Strange Incident

Strange things happen today, when I came home from work. I went to use the toilet, when I discovered that the toilet paper had unraveled and was in a pile on the floor, except it was still attached to the cardboard tube. I knew that the furnace hadn’t caused that to happen before.

So I started rolling it back on the roll (1/3 of the roll), when Tuxso (my cat) wondered in to watch what I was doing.

Hmmm! I thought, he must have gotten bored and decided to play with the newfound toy.

My big Medical Scare follow up

Here is a follow up, to my big Medical Scare blog of last week. I got a letter from my Doctor who preformed the Colonoscopy exam today with the test results. He stated that the two colon polyps that he removed from me were benign and NOT of the precancerous type. I can hear a choir signing Hallelujah Chorus from Handel's the Messiah. :D

Cruelty!

Cruelty is one of the things that makes me angry. I don't understand the mentality of these people, who keep bears in very small cages,
